It’s also where you can share how you spend your down time to help inform the curated activations. Winners will be selected monthly and announced on social. Prizes include Astros tickets, concert access, and dining experiences.

What would you do with 6 months of no rent? Here’s your chance. Everyone that renews or refers a friend into a renovated home between April and June will be invited to an exclusive sweepstakes party. Drop your name in a hat at the door and we’ll draw one winner of 6 months rent on Us by the end of the night.

#1 Management will randomly select one new follower from the @UsBayouPark Facebook and Instagram page monthly, starting April 2023 through June 2023, and once confirmed as a current member, will be awarded a selection of local experiences valued between $100-$150, to include tickets to a Houston Astros home game, tickets to local concert and or dining certificates to a nearby restaurant. Management will do its upmost to accommodate the recipients schedule and preferences. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced in the event they are lost or stolen. Must be a current member to be eligible to win a prize.

#2 All members who refer a friend that executes an 11-plus month lease agreement on a newly renovated floor plan after April 15, 2023 with a move-in date of April 15, 2023 through June 30, 2023 will be eligible to enter Us Bayou Park’s Spring Contest Sweepstakes and a chance to win 6-months of free rent. Additionally, all current and perspective members that execute an 11-plus month lease on a newly renovated floor plan after April 15, 2023 with a move-in date of April 15, 2023 through June 30, 2023 will be eligible to enter Us Bayou Park’s Spring Contest Sweepstakes and a chance to win 6-months of free rent. Those eligible must be listed as lease holder, and or listed as a reference on the lease application and must be in good standing with Management, and
in full compliance with the terms and conditions of their lease. A Sweepstakes event will be held in early July 2023 – all attendees that have qualified for the sweepstakes will enter their name into the prize drawing, which will be drawn live at the event. The six months of free rent will be applied to the months of August 2023, September 2023, October 2023, November 2023, December 2023 and January 2024. All other monthly utilities, rental insurance and miscellaneous fees will remain the responsibility of the lease holder. After the sixth month, the contracted lease amount will resume and payments will be due in accordance with the originally executed lease agreement. This prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or used as an early termination of the lease agreement. All other lease terms, conditions and schedules are unaffected by this sweepstakes.
