6:30 – 8:30pm in the club

Consider this little throwdown a trial run, a pregame, to what’s happening at Houston’s Livestock Show and Rodeo at the end of February. Bring your A-Game Chili to the club at 6:30pm for our panel of judges to sample. Member-to-member sampling will begin at 7pm.

We will provide sampling cups and spoons. You just need to bring your pot of chili piping hot and ready to serve, with any garnishes to spice up your dish.
