Mat Pilates is a dynamic and low-impact form of exercise designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body. This practice focuses on core strength, alignment, breath, flexibility, and overall body awareness. We provide your mat & props as you are guided through a full-body workout that improves posture, increases muscle tone, and enhances flexibility. With a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups, is suitable for people of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Using your body weight and small props, we will engage in exercises that emphasize proper alignment and breathing techniques.
