Yoga + Meditation with Bianca

Yoga focuses on improving strength, balance and flexibility. Instructor Bianca will take you through an informative one-hour yoga flow.

 

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use one of the mats provided. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome to attend this free class.
